Keystone Harbor

MANNFORD, OK - KEYSTONE LAKE

After much coordinated planning, involving the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the city of Mannford, Oklahoma and private investors, Maricorp was selected to build the new marina facility on Keystone Lake. As part of a $20 million city improvement initiative to help the city of Mannford recover from a devastating super firestorm that burned down more than 78 square miles of grasslands and homes in August of 2012, the federal government leased lake front property to the city of Mannford. The city sublet the lake front property through a public-private partnership.

The Keystone Harbor on Keystone Lake, opened in 2013, with 134 slips, a full service fuel dock, pump-out services, a boat rental operation, and a ship store. Located only 20 minutes from Tulsa, the marina has experienced phenomenal growth.

Since then, Maricorp has increased the size of the floating platform to serve as the foundation for the two story bar and restaurant. A heated fishing dock has also been added to the marina. Further expansion has brought the total number of slips to more than 170, including slips that can berth vessels up to 80 feet in length. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has approved construction of up to 450 slips at the marina.
