PROMOTE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL SAFETY MONTH

The Electrical Safety Foundation International (ESFI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public and promoting electrical safety in the home, school and in the workplace. Having started Electrical Safety Month in the mid 1990’s, ESFI’s annual campaign educates the public by teaching steps to reduce the number of electrically related fatalities, as well as increasing electrical safety awareness.

This year’s campaign is supported by a wide-ranging collection of new and updated materials. These free resources are available to help organizations, communities, and schools conduct a successful Electrical Safety Month. Their website even has templates and tools for media outreach and social media content. The ESFI also provides free materials for businesses to promote electrical safety awareness in the workplace.

In addition to National Electrical Safety Month, their initiatives include infographics on the following subjects:
