The Rockwater Village is a residential development in North Little Rock, Arkansas, overlooking the Arkansas River. The Rockwater Marina, a component of the development, hired MariCorp U.S. as the General Contractor to manage every aspect of the project. MariCorp U.S. involvement began in 2010 assisting the developers with permit procurement.

The first phase of the marina included 4 docks, with a transient dock, fuel dock and 66 slips. The marina is designed to accommodate a total of 8 docks, and the walkway connecting the docks is nearly a quarter of a mile long. Slip sizes range from 28 to 40 feet, but the expansion plans allow the marina to build slips as large as 70 feet. MariCorp U.S. also managed full scale engineering and soil borings to design the pile anchoring system.

As the General Contractor, MariCorp U.S. managed the site work, which included shore power, plumbing, sewer, fire suppression, parking lot, sidewalks, and the fuel system. The marina provides pump out service to every slip. A ship store, restroom, fuel dock and gated gangway compliment the project. The Rockwater Marina project was partially funded by a Boating Infrastructure Grant.
